Hello, my name is Satirah! Thanks so much for stopping by! I am originally from Oklahoma. I have two grown kids, and have been with my husband, Josh, for 26 years. I am an avid reader, a dog mom, and love to travel. I have always loved anything to do with houses, from renovations, to owning a general contracting company, and now getting into real estate.

For years our family vacationed in the Branson area. After our daughter started college near by, we started coming to Branson about once a month. I started sharing video on a TikTok page to shoe friends and family what all the cool stuff there was to do in Branson. The videos quickly became a hit. I now spend a good majority of my time making these videos for free with the goal of helping people plan the best Branson vacation possible. It has been my pleasure to provide local business with free advertisement to help them, and the community grow.

Along the way, I have had several people ask me about clean, quality places to stay while they travel. So we are now purchasing properties to accommodate that need. Funds from these properties will help fund the activities I showcase in my videos. Avondale Lodge is our first property, and we hope to offer a variety of vacation homes in the future.
